These footprints, cast in the lids of shoe boxes, were made in response to the empty nest and the messy bedrooms left by Garnett’s daughters, Naomi and Imogen. The life-sized pairs of footprints, one from each daughter, incorporate various objects from childhood through to adulthood that reflect different interests and activities.
